Public Tours

Public Tours
Public guided tours take place every Saturday at 5 pm and every Sunday at 2 pm. There are also special curator tours.
All public tours are free of charge. Please check the calendar for the dates.

The guided tours start at the Kunstsammlungen am Theaterplatz, meeting point foyer

Private guided tours
Groups of ten or more people must book guided tours in advance, as participation in public tours is not possible due to the limited number of participants. Guided tours can be booked on +49 (0) 371 488 4501 or info.kunstsammlungen@stadt-chemnitz.de.
Price: 60 euros, reduced 35 euros per booked tour

Art Scouts

Our staff would be delighted to talk about the artworks and themes of the exhibition with you. Just get in touch with them. The Art Scouts are in the city from Tuesday to Friday from 1pm to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 8pm.
